Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized or small group support, both academically and behaviorally, following teacher direction
• Assist students with classroom routines, daily transitions, and active participation
• Carry out behavior intervention plans and adhere to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements as needed
• Help cultivate a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere that encourages learning for all

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting/assisting as necessary
• Current or obtainable fingerprint background clearance
• Preferred: Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Preferred: Experience supporting students with autism/special needs or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification/experience is a plus
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative work ethic
