Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential with BACB is required
• Background in ABA therapy, paraprofessional support, or behavior health assistance in a school setting
• Experience with state IEP programs is preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, though not mandatory
• Compassion, adaptability, and strong communication skills working with K-12 students

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral support for students, following individualized education and behavior intervention plans
• Work collaboratively with special education teams, teachers, and other school professionals
• Accurately document student progress and behavioral data to support IEP goals
• Implement positive behavior interventions and promote a supportive, safe learning environment
• Adapt your approach to meet individual student needs and communicate progress to stakeholders as needed
