Qualifications:

• Active RBT Certification required
• Experience working with children or young people in school settings preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies

• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with consistency and professionalism
• Flexibility for per diem, as-needed scheduling

Responsibilities:

• Implement evidence-based interventions and behavior support plans under BCBA or supervisory direction
• Collect accurate behavioral data and document student progress
• Assist in developing and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Respond proactively to student behaviors and effectively reinforce strategies
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support each students needs
• Participate in meetings, consultations, and training sessions as required
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to best practices and ethical standards
