Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and accurately document data on student performance and progress
• Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and other specialists
• Support classroom routines while fostering positive student engagement
• Encourage independence, reinforce positive behaviors, and help students build adaptive skills
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development as necessary
