What You'll Do:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classrooms
• Offer targeted assistance to students individually or in small groups, following the direction of teachers and school staff
• Facilitate daily routines, transitions, and active classroom involvement
• Follow and implement behavior management plans and IEP guidelines
• Provide support with supervision, mobility, and personal care as needed
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning atmosphere

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Clear TB test (per school requirements)
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally assist with lifting
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT approaches (helpful but not required)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude
