Spindle is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in school settings. Enjoy daytime hours, flexible scheduling, and meaningful workwithout the unpredictability of evenings and cancellations.
This is a per diem role, giving you the freedom to accept shifts that fit your schedule.
What Youll Do
Deliver 1:1 behavioral support to students in classroom settings
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and support IEP goals
Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, DTT, and behavior tracking
Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
Support students with transitions, routines, and social interactions
Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff to ensure consistency of care
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Active RBT certification
Minimum age of 18
Ability to work in a classroom environment (standing, walking, light lifting as needed)
TB test (per district requirements)
Willingness to obtain required school clearances
Preferred Qualifications
Active RBT certification
Experience with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
Background in special education, autism (ASD), or behavioral health
Familiarity with IEPs, BIPs, and data collection
CPI, PMT, or other crisis prevention training
Patient, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
