Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 or small group academic, behavioral, and social support under the supervision of teaching staff
  • Assist students with daily classroom routines, transitions, and active participation
  • Follow through with behavior support plans and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Support students with mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements
  • Help maintain a secure, inclusive, and respectful school environment

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher
  • At least 18 years old
  • Physically capable of walking, standing, and lifting as needed
  • Ability to obtain current fingerprint background clearances
    Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in schools, behavioral health, child care, or special education settings
  • Direct work with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
  • Certification or familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT highly desirable
  • Collaborative, reliable, and patient demeanor
