Soliant is seeking a skilled professional to provide one-on-one behavioral support to K12 students in a school-based setting. This per diem opportunity offers maximum flexibilitytailor your work schedule to your needs while making a meaningful difference in students lives.

You'll work closely with students, teachers, and support staff, utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster a positive educational environment. Whether youre an experienced Registered Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Assistant, or Paraprofessional, your expertise will play a vital role in helping students reach their goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB (required)
• Experience supporting children or adolescents in behavioral, special education, or similar settings
• Familiarity with IEP programs, especially California state systems (preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and support to assigned students
• Assist with implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Record and summarize behavioral data and progress notes
• Participate in meetings with educational and clinical teams as needed
• Follow established protocols and best practices according to BACB guidelines
• Help promote safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environments
