Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Elk Grove, California

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to provide one-on-one behavioral support to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB
• Previous experience as an RBT, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Health Assistant, or ABA Therapist
• Understanding of IEP programs (preferred)
• Bilingual abilities considered a plus
• Passion for working with children and adolescents in a school setting
• Strong communication, observation, and adaptability skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students as part of their educational and behavioral plan
• Collect data on student progress and help implement ABA strategies outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote a positive learning environment
• Uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere in and out of the classroom
• Adapt intervention techniques to meet evolving student needs
