Registered Behavior Technician in El Monte, CA

A school-based opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2025/2026 school year in El Monte, CA. This contract position requires a committed professional who is fully onboarded and able to work on site with immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans for students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support individualized student goals
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions and documentation
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skillset

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RBT certification
• Experience working as an RBT in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively on site in collaboration with school personnel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability to begin assignment
• Must be fully onboarded and ready to comply with all school policies
