Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 or small group academic and behavioral assistance following teacher direction
• Aid students with daily routines, transitions, and class engagement
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students mobility, provide supervision, and assist with personal care when needed
• Promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming classroom environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or higher required
• At least 18 years old
• Physically able to stand, walk, and help with lifting, as needed
• Current fingerprint background clearances or willingness to obtain prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• School, special education, behavioral health, or child care experience
• Previous work supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification/experience a plus
• Dependable, patient, and a positive team player
