Responsibilities include:

  • Providing tailored 1:1 or small group support under teacher guidance

  • Offering supervision, mobility assistance, and help with personal care as needed

Key qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or higher
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with occasional lifting
  • Current fingerprint background clearances or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred experience and skills:

  • Background in educational, behavioral health, child care, or special education settings
  • Experience with students requiring additional behavioral or learning support, including those with autism
  • Certification or practical experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), CPI, or PMT training
  • Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to working with students and staff
