What Youll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group academic, behavioral, and social support, working closely with teachers
• Assist students with daily routines, classroom activities, and transitions throughout the school day
• Implement behavior support plans and adhere to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as directed
• Support students mobility, offer supervision, and assist with personal care as needed
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environmentcreating space for every student to succeed

Who Were Looking For:

• Associates degree or higher
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current fingerprint background clearance or willingness to secure it before starting
• Preferred: Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Skills supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Bonus if you have CPI, PMT, or RBT certification or experience
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative team player
