Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid RBT certification required.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Ability to collect, record, and summarize behavioral data accurately.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to supporting student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group behavior interventions as prescribed in student programs.
- Implement and monitor individualized behavior support strategies developed by a BCBA.
- Record and track progress on student goals using standardized data collection methods.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure consistency of support.
- Assist with modifying activities and environments to help students thrive.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
