Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician in Bothell, WA

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized or small group academic, behavioral, and social support, guided by teachers
• Assisting with daily classroom routines, leading transitions, and encouraging active student participation
• Implementing behavior support plans and following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Supporting mobility and personal care needs to ensure student safety and inclusion
• Helping maintain a respectful, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as needed
• Current or attainable fingerprint background clearances Preferred experience:
• Experience in educational, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity supporting students with autism, behavioral challenges, or special needs
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification or background is a plus
• Reliability, patience, and a team-focused mindset
