Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Blue Springs, MO

What Youll Do:

• Deliver tailored academic, social, and behavioral support, following teacher and specialist guidance
• Assist students with daily routines, smooth transitions, and full participation in classroom activities
• Follow behavior support plans and implement accommodations outlined in IEPs
• Provide mobility assistance, close supervision, and personal care as needed
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, positive learning environment

What We Seek:

• Associates Degree or higher
• Must be 18 years or older
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist when lifting is necessary
• Current fingerprint background clearance or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting those with special needs, behavioral challenges, or autism
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification or experience is a strong plus
• A reliable, patient, and collaborative mindset
