Registered Behavioral Technicians Needed

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students within classroom and school settings
- Offer 1:1 or small-group assistance under the direction of teachers and school staff
- Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
- Implement individualized behavior support plans and follow IEP goals as directed
- Support students needs involving mobility, supervision, or personal care
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Willingness to complete required TB test (per school policy)
- Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
- Current educational clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to start
Preferred Experience:
- Background in schools, behavioral health, special education, or child care
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT experience valuable but not required
- Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
