Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students within classroom and school settings

• Support students needs involving mobility, supervision, or personal care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Willingness to complete required TB test (per school policy)
• Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current educational clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, behavioral health, special education, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience valuable but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
