Flexible per diem opportunities are available for skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in school settings near Berkeley, CA. What Youll Do:

  • Work directly with students, providing academic, behavioral, and social support in classrooms.
  • Observe and evaluate student behaviors, documenting findings for the supervising BCBA.
  • Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by school staff.
  • Help students navigate classroom routines, transitions, and participate fully in daily activities.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and follow IEPs when necessary.
  • Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for every student.

What Were Looking For:

  • Active RBT certification and high school diploma or GED (required).
  • At least 18 years old, clear TB test, and current or attainable school clearances.
  • Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as required by the role.
  • Previous experience in education, behavioral health, special needs, or child care settings is a plus.
  • Experience supporting students with autism or behavioral challenges preferred but not required.
  • Reliable, patient, and proactive team player.
