Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician in Bellevue, WA

In this role near Bellevue, WA, your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician, Behavioral Health Assistant, ABA Therapist, or Paraprofessional will directly support students growth through individualized attention and encouragement. You will:

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group academic, behavioral, and social assistance under teacher guidance
• Help students with classroom routines, transitions, and active participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support daily mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere that nurtures student development

Qualifications include:

• Associates degree or higher
• At least 18 years old
• Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current fingerprint background clearances or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred background:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or experience in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative work style
