• Deliver individualized academic, behavioral, and social support alongside classroom teachers
• Assist with daily routines, classroom transitions, and promote positive participation
• Implement behavior support plans and uphold Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students mobility, safety, and personal care needs as needed
• Help create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students

What makes you a great fit:

• Associates degree or higher
• At least 18 years old
• Able to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance when required
• Current or attainable fingerprint background clearances
• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings preferred
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism spectrum disorders, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or experience in CPI, PMT, or as an RBT is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative mindset
