Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Antioch, CA

School-Based Registered Behavior Technician subs are needed for flexible, per diem opportunities supporting students one-on-one in a structured academic environment near Antioch, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral and academic support for students during classroom activities
• Assist with daily routines, classroom transitions, and encourage positive participation
• Implement and follow individualized behavior intervention plans and IEPs as directed
• Evaluate student behavior, documenting and reporting your observations to your supervisor
• Aid students with personal care, mobility, and supervision needs as required
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and respectful learning environment in every interaction

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test completion, in line with school district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Up-to-date (or willingness to obtain) background clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral and emotional challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT protocols is an advantage
• Adaptable, patient, and collaborative approach
