Your caseload will consist of 1:1 interactions with students from kindergarten through 12th grade, allowing you to put your expertise into practice and create positive change for children and young adults. Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license with BACB required
• Previous experience in a school, behavioral health, or ABA setting highly regarded
• Familiarity with the state IEP program preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not essential
• Passion for supporting students emotional, social, and academic growth

Responsibilities:

• Work closely 1:1 with students ranging from K12, adapting behavioral strategies as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to implement IEP and behavior intervention plans
• Collect data and document student progress while maintaining confidentiality
• Offer a supportive, caring approach to help every student achieve their goals
• Assist with classroom activities, transitions, and behavior management
