Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Anaheim, CA

An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students within a school setting in Anaheim, CA for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position requires a fully onboarded professional who is available immediately to provide on-site behavioral support and intervention services. The role is integral in implementing behavior plans and working closely with educators and clinicians to support student progress.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and clinical teams
• Fully onboarded and ready for immediate start

Location:

• On-site role in Anaheim, CA school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement one-on-one behavior intervention and support plans for students
• Collect data and monitor progress according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff
• Maintain professional documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
• Support positive student behaviors to enhance learning outcomes
