Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized or small group academic, behavioral, and social support under teacher direction
• Assist with student routines, classroom transitions, and active participation
• Implement behavioral support strategies and adhere to IEP guidelines
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher
• At least 18 years of age
• Capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if necessary
• Current fingerprint background clearance, or willingness to obtain before starting

• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Knowledge of CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques is a plus
