What Youll Do (Your Daily Impact)

       Partner with lead teachers to deliver engaging, student-focused instruction

       Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to accelerate learning

       Champion inclusive practices that support diverse learners

       Help create a positive, structured, and high-energy classroom environment

       Reinforce academic concepts using creative and adaptive strategies

       Support students social-emotional growth and confidence

       Prepare learning materials and contribute to lesson execution

       Actively monitor progress and celebrate student achievements

What You Bring to the Team

Qualifications:

       High school diploma required; associates degree or higher preferred

       Prior experience in education, childcare, or youth programs is a plus
