Youll also play a part in following IEPs and behavior plans, supporting mobility needs, and contributing to a positive, encouraging classroom culture.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Current TB test (per district requirements)
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting as needed
• Willingness to complete or update all required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in educational, behavioral health, special education, or childcare settings
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Skills such as CPI, PMT, or RBT certification are valued (but not required)
• Commitment to teamwork, reliability, and patience
