Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students within classroom settings.

• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care for students as needed.

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• TB test (in accordance with school guidelines).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting if required.
• Willingness to obtain any required district clearances prior to start.

Preferred Background:

• Experience working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare.
• Familiarity with supporting students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• Exposure to CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques (a plus, but not mandatory).
