Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• TB test (per district policy)
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide lifting assistance as needed
• Up-to-date school compliance clearances, or ability to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, or child care
• Experience with students facing special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Exposure to CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques (a plus, not required)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
