School-Based Paraprofessional Substitutes Needed

What You'll Do:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social assistance in classroom settings
• Provide individualized or small-group support as directed by teaching staff
• Assist students with classroom routines, transitions, and participation
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test per school requirements
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• School clearance documentationcurrent or willing to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Skilled in supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus (not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative work style
