As an Instructional Aide, you'll play a vital role working 1:1 or in small groups with students, assisting with academics, behavior, and daily routines. Role Responsibilities:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social assistance to students in classroom settings
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support as directed by teachers and staff
• Help students manage daily routines, transitions, and active classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as directed
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current or willingness to obtain TB test and school-mandated clearances prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience a plus
• Patient, dependable, and collaborative approach
