Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with student lifting needs
• TB test required per district protocol
• Current or obtainable school clearances Preferred experience includes prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare; familiarity with supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges; CPI, PMT, or RBT trainingthough not required; and a collaborative, patient attitude.
