Per Diem Teacher's Aide - Woodinville, Washington

As an Instructional Aide substitute, youll play a key role in providing one-on-one or small-group support to students, ensuring they receive academic, behavioral, and social guidance in a structured classroom environment. Position Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group academic and behavioral support under the direction of teachers and staff
• Foster positive classroom participation by assisting with daily routines and transitions
• Follow and implement behavior support plans or IEPs as directed
• Supervise, assist with mobility, and support students personal care needs
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming learning atmosphere

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• TB test (as required)
• Possess or obtain clearances before starting

Preferred Experience

• Previous involvement in classroom, childcare, special education, or behavioral health settings highly valued
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is a plus
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT a plus (not required)
• Reliability, patience, and teamwork are essential traits
