School Paraprofessional Needed | Flexible Per Diem Opportunities

As a School Paraprofessional, you'll play a vital role in supporting students 1:1 in classroom environments, helping them succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally. These as-needed positions offer per diem assignments, allowing you to take shifts that fit your schedule based on school coverage needs.

In this role, you'll:

• Provide direct 1:1 support to students as guided by teachers and staff
• Assist students with medical needs, personal care, classroom participation, and daily routines
• Help with transitions, mobility, and supervision throughout the school day
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all learners

Requirements to work in schools:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test compliance (per district standards)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current (or willingness to obtain) all required clearances for school settings

Preferred experience:

• Prior work in schools, behavioral health, child care, or special education
• Experience assisting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Additional certifications (CPR, G-Tube, Trach care) are a plus but not required
• Reliable, patient, and eager to collaborate with school teams
