What youll do:

• Provide individualized academic and behavioral support in classrooms
• Assist students with routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior plans and follow IEP directives when applicable
• Support supervision, mobility, and personal care needs
• Maintain an environment that is safe, respectful, and welcoming

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Successful completion of TB testing (as specified by the district)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• Current or willing to obtain all necessary school clearances

Preferred background and experience:

• Background in schools, child care, special education, or behavioral health
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (not mandatory)
• Reliable, patient, and a collaborative team player
