Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group academic and behavioral support in classroom settings
• Assist teachers and school staff in delivering instructional activities

• Implement behavior management strategies and support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as appropriate
• Aid with mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test compliant with district regulations
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance when needed
• Current background clearances or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare setting
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus (not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
