Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students under teacher supervision
• Assist students 1:1 or in small groups, helping them engage in classroom activities
• Support daily routines, transitions, and participation within the school environment
• Follow behavior support plans and IEPs as required
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care based on student needs
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all learners

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to provide TB clearance (per school requirements)
• Capable of active movement, standing, and assisting with lifting as needed
• Willingness to complete all required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Work experience in educational, special education, behavioral health, or child care environments
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training preferred but not required
• Strong sense of reliability, patience, and collaboration
