Key Responsibilities: Provide academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom settings Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and school staff Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom engagement Follow behavior support plans and implement IEPs as needed Assist with mobility and supervision, including occasional personal care Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students

Requirements for School Compliance: High school diploma or GED required Minimum age of 18 TB test (per district guidelines) Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as necessary Must have current clearances or be willing to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred Background: Experience working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques (not required, but beneficial) Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach to teamwork
