What Youll Do:

• Work closely with students, offering support academically, behaviorally, and socially, both 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions throughout the school day
• Follow teacher and staff guidance to implement behavior support plans and uphold IEP requirements
• Provide help with mobility, personal care, and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
• Foster a respectful atmosphere that encourages student growth and independence

What We Look For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to meet TB testing requirements
• Physically capable of supporting students, including standing, walking, and assisting with lifting as needed
• Willingness to obtain school-required clearances before the start date

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Familiarity supporting children with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training is valued, but not required
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach
