Responsibilities

• Assist students with medical, behavioral, and social needs within classroom environments
• Deliver personalized 1:1 support as directed by teaching staff and administrators
• Aid students with daily routines, classroom transitions, and participation in activities
• Help with mobility, supervision, and personal care as necessary
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere

Requirements

• Hold an active PEL license
• Possess a High School diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Provide TB test results as required
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting
• All clearances must be current or obtained before the start date

Preferred Experience

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and ability to collaborate as part of a team

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.42 to $30.42. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
