What Youll Do:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially throughout their school day.
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group support under teacher and school staff guidance.
• Foster student engagement with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities.
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed.
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements.
• Help ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.

Requirements Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid PEL License.
• At least 18 years of age.
• TB test as per district policy.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting.
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work within schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare.
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• Knowledge of CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques is a plus.
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to team settings.

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.42 to $30.42. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
