What Youll Do:
- Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially throughout their school day.
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group support under teacher and school staff guidance.
- Foster student engagement with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities.
- Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed.
- Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements.
- Help ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
Requirements Youll Need:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid PEL License.
- At least 18 years of age.
- TB test as per district policy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting.
- Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous work within schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare.
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
- Knowledge of CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques is a plus.
- Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to team settings.

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.42 to $30.42. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
