Role Highlights:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Provide individualized (1:1) or small-group assistance as guided by educational staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions between activities, and overall classroom participation
• Support the implementation of behavior plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) when applicable
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care needs as required
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all

Necessary Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand, walk, or assist with lifting during the school day
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain per school requirements)
• Clearances up to date or willingness to secure prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience working in education, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Skilled in supporting students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or autism
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus (not mandatory)
• Reliable, patient, and committed team player
