Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in classroom and school settings, both 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions during the school day
• Implement behavioral support plans and follow IEP guidelines under the guidance of teachers
• Offer mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed to ensure student safety and involvement
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere for all students

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting where necessary
• TB test in accordance with district requirements
• Willingness to obtain required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus
• Dependable, patient, and strong team player
