In this school-based role, you'll offer personalized, 1:1 or small group assistancehelping students academically, socially, and behaviorally under the guidance of teachers and school staff. Shifts are available as needed, providing you the flexibility to accept assignments that align with your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in the classroom with academics, behavior, and participation
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group support as directed
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom inclusion
• Implement behavioral strategies and follow IEPs as needed
• Support student mobility and personal care requirements
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all students

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Willingness to undergo a TB test as required
• Capability to stand, walk, and assist with student lifting/mobility
• Current clearances, or the ability to obtain them before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is advantageous but not required
• A patient, dependable, and team-centered disposition
