Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small-group academic and behavioral support as directed by educators
• Assist students with classroom routines, transitions, mobility, and participation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Capable of standing, walking, and helping with physical support duties when needed
• Willingness to complete or update TB testing and obtain school-required clearances
• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care strongly preferred
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges highly valued
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials a plus but not required
• Reliable, patient, and eager to collaborate with school staff
