Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Clear and current TB test (per district requirement)
• Must be able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Willingness to obtain any required clearances prior to starting
• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings preferred
• Value given to those with experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a bonus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented attitude

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group academic, behavioral, and social support in classrooms
• Assist students with daily routines and transitions throughout the school day
• Implement behavioral support strategies and follow IEPs as directed
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Help foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
