Instructional aides are key to helping students achieve academic and personal growth. In this role, youll provide crucial assistance both in and out of the classroom, guiding students through their daily routines and helping them succeed socially, behaviorally, and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom settings
• Provide focused 1:1 or small group assistance as directed by educational staff
• Assist with student routines, transitions, and classroom engagement
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEP accommodations as needed
• Support supervision, mobility, and personal care for students
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all learners

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability and willingness to obtain TB test and required background clearances prior to starting
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting as situations demand

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus, but not required
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative attitude
