To qualify, youll need:

• Be at least 18 years old
• A current TB test (or willingness to obtain per district guidelines)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• All required school compliance clearances prior to your first shift

Preferred experience:

• Work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is helpful, but not required
• A patient, reliable, and team-oriented approach
