Spindle is hiring compassionate Instructional Aides to support students in school settings, often in 1:1 or small group roles. If youre looking for flexible work that truly matters, this is a great fit. 

What Youll Do 

• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally  

• Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance  

• Help with classroom routines, transitions, and participation  

• Follow IEPs and behavior support plans  

• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care as needed  

• Help maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment  

Basic Requirements 

• High school diploma or GED  

• At least 18 years old  

• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed  

• TB test (per district requirements)  

• Willingness to complete required school clearances  

Preferred Experience (Not Required) 

• School, childcare, special education, or behavioral health experience  

• Experience with autism or behavioral support  

• CPI, PMT, or RBT background
