What Youll Do:

• Assist students with academics, classroom routines, and transitions

• Ensure student safety, including assistance with mobility and personal care, as needed
• Encourage a respectful and inclusive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Current TB test (per school requirements)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Ability to complete all required background clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in classroom, childcare, behavioral health, or special education environments
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices is a plus, but not required
