Key Responsibilities:

• Support students academic, behavioral, and social growth in the classroom
• Assist, as directed, with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
• Provide individualized help 1:1 or in small groups to boost participation and engagement
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as directed by school staff
• Ensure student safety, manage supervision, and assist with mobility or personal care needs
• Promote an inclusive, respectful classroom environment for all learners

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Willingness to complete a TB test (as required)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and provide assistance as needed
• Ability to secure required background clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in schools, special education, child care, or behavioral health
• Knowledge of supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is valued but not mandatory
• Dependability, patience, and a collaborative mindset
